Spring Dirt, Mud, and Snow

The snow has finally melted enough for me to get on the trails. Some areas are clear and dry, while other places are still snow covered.

Muddy 3x8 drivetrain

Another thick ice sheet
A beaver swam by going downstream

Your bike rack cooking inspires me.

I just got tired of cooking directly on the snow this winter. Snow would melt under the stove and it would start to tilt. Plus I had to stand on my head to see if the stove was still lit. So far, it works great. I just need to make a better wind screen. I also like how you supplement your esbit tabs with twigs. That's a great idea. I shouldn't have given my Esbit stove away, but the cat stove works so well.
