Yeah, the junk straps... I knew they first gave them out at Frost Bike and Interbike. I saw some hanging on the wall at my LBS last week, but didn't ask about them. Then I read on the Surly blog that they're selling them. Shit, I'll have to get some next time I'm there. They'd be perfect for keeping my v-racks tight. I'm using 2 leather toe straps now. Funny thing... on my old Xtracycle, the snap deck was a real tight fit between the v-racks so I didn't need to strap 'em.
I notice that as well.
